RIPPARACHIE

Fan-list privacy

The coming-soon page collects your email and explicit launch-update consent. Launch records include signup time, campaign source, welcome-email delivery status and a random unsubscribe token. A configured email provider processes your address to send the welcome email and launch updates. You can leave the list using the unsubscribe link in an email. Signup and studio-code requests use temporary rate limits without storing your raw IP address.

When you join game updates on the home page or enter the Guess What? game, we collect the email address you provide, your consent choice, and, when you play, your game score and whether you unlocked or downloaded a prize. Your browser remembers your email to spare you another signup on this device. Signup records may also include campaign labels and the page where you joined. Multiplayer rooms temporarily store the match state and a random rejoin token. Room codes allow anyone who has the code to join an open lobby.

We use that information to deliver game rewards, send occasional Ripparachie music or game updates, understand how the game performs, and prevent duplicate entries. We do not sell your contact information.

If you provide a phone number, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email ripparachie@gmail.com.

Arcade initials and submitted scores appear publicly on the shared leaderboard. Do not use personal information as your initials. Game rounds have timestamps and a temporary round identifier.

With your optional analytics and advertising-cookie permission, PlayRachie stores a temporary session identifier, page path, game event name, time, and campaign labels to measure game starts, completions, signups, and music clicks. We do not store your email or initials in these event records. A configured Meta Pixel sends page views, game activity, email-signup conversions, music-link clicks and sharing events to Meta for advertising measurement. We do not send your email address or arcade initials in these events. Music-link clicks do not prove that a song was saved. Change your permission with Cookie Choices below.

To stop music or game emails, request removal at the contact address above. Email signup and advertising-cookie permission are separate choices.
